Totally agree Steph, it was only a matter of time before he sold out to the highest bidder. According to the Daily Mail this morning Prince William is now looking at buying them to keep them private.

The man is a disgrace, trying to cash in, after he supposedly was meant to love Diana - he is a waste of space.

I always feel sorry for Wills and Harry when things like this happen, it must be awful for them.

But what possessed her to write them in the first place?! Any fool might suppose that they might enter the public domain at some stage. Shame she didn't think about her kids. If you are very nearly bankrupt and have an easy way of making the kind of money being talked about, how many people here could honestly say they wouldn't do what Hewitt is proposing to do?

Having said all that, I can't stand him either and think he is a slimeball! Seems Diana didn't have particularly good taste at any stage of her life if you look at the men she dallied with.

All I can say is that when I saw him at the Henley Regatta I wish I had done what I wanted to do - push him in the river!!!!!

He was drinking and then he went off with people in his car - I should have rung the police too!!!

What goes around comes around so he will get what he deserves in the end!!!
