Maintenance Fees

Is there a website I can go to, to find the current Maintenance Fees for the 5 Orlando properties? Also, knowing what percentage they've increased over the last few years would be helpful. I've also read the word taxes. Are there taxes over and above maintenance fees or are they included? Are the fees due at one time, or are they spread out thru the year? Thanks, this board is awesome!
