Wondering if there is a place where they list the current Maintenance Fees for the DVC resorts?

afaik BLT 3.78, VGC 3.94, SSR 4.46, OKW 4.87, AKV 4.95,

BCV 5.15, VWL 5.20, BWV 5.36, HHI 5.57 and

VB subsidized 5.18 / unsubsidized 6.60

Why are BLT so low? Is it because they are not completely avail to DVC yet therefore subsidized somehow?
