Maintenance Fees VWL

Does anyone know the per point fee for maintenance for VWL, I have seen 3.63 - 3.81, which is right??? I still haven't bought but am very, very close, I called DVC and they refused to give me info unless I gave them my lifes info - I don't like that!!!

Annual dues for VWL in 2002 are $3.80/point. In 2001, they were $3.63/point.
