Maintenance Fee Bill

Hi! I am sorry if this has been discussed recently. I tried to search and no luck.

I have not been on the Disboards since my last trip in August. Has everyone received their bill for MF for 2009? I thought they usually come right after Christmas and are due very early January. However, I have not gotten my bill yet. Just wondering!

We've not gotten ours yet. You can access it on dvcmember.com. 2009 MFs are due 1/15/2009.

I've not received mine either. Last year was the first I had the fees auto-drafted, so I figured maybe they just planned on doing that again, so they felt they didn't need to send the statement.

If you are setup for monthly direct debit, they will continue that until you request them to stop. You should still receive a statement in the mail regardless.

I was talking to MS this morning and the recorded message while on hold said they would be mailed out Dec 26 if I remember correctly.
Sort of caught it at the end and then a real person was there.

Newbie question - when you pay on Jan 15th, are you paying for the previous year's points, or for the upcoming year? I thought it was for the upcoming year (2009, in this case), but I thought I remember reading somewhere that it was 'in the rears'.

You will be paying for the 2009 calendar year.

Ours came today too! Our Disney Files magazine came almost 2-3 weeks after other people mentioned having theirs. Guess with money matters it comes fast! I already paid online, but it is nice to have the paper statement as well.
