On December 2nd I ordered several items to be used as Christmas gifts for my son. It has now been a month and a half since I placed this order and my order still shows as "processing." I have contacted them several times and receive the same "sorry about the delay yada yada yada..." When I originally ordered the items I was not told that they were not available for immediate shipment. I am very dissatisfied with this website. Has anyone had any better luck with them???
 
I do think they are a sponsoring advertiser here on the DIS. And I do know that Pete takes the standards of those paying sponsors pretty seriously. You might email him at webmaster@wdwinfo.com . Just a thought.

Sorry you're having so much trouble. I wanted a few things for Christmas, too, but after seeing what they were charging... :eek:
 
I placed an order with them on December 26th. My order also shows as "processing". I was just starting to get antsy about my order, but now that I heard what happened to you I'm worried! I thought I saw something on their webpage that said order by December 10th to have delivery by Christmas. So, I was expecting about two weeks. I guess not.
 
I ordered a WDW calendar from them on Halloween and received it about 6 weeks later. They actually buy that stuff in the parks. So if it's unavailable in the Parks, they (and YOU) are out of luck.

I found my dealing with them to be quite pleasant, though a bit slow.

My advice??? Definitely contact Pete as Dan suggested. And stick to the DISshop !!! I hear their customer service is top rate! ;) ;) ;)

DH ordered me some books for Christmas from that website. He ordered them in mid-November, and they were all stated as 'available'. So anyway, on our way to church on Christmas Eve, he went to get the mail and there they were...just in time, thru the mail. He was not happy about it taking so long, and he also kept contacting them with no luck. They have some neat stuff, that I would maybe order again, but not if I'm in a hurry for it. Good luck!
 
I had several problems with them. First, the shipping charges were so high, but I really wanted the three CDs I was ordering, so I did it anyway. Then, they charged my credit card 3x for the one order, though they immediately credited it back when I called it to their attention. The other thing is they charged my credit card when the order was placed but it took really long 6-8 weeks maybe? to get the order. Fortunately, having 3 park CDs was worth it, but by the time they arrived we were only a couple weeks away from our trip, and I could have bought them in the parks for much less and without paying for shipping and without the credit card confusion.
