Hi all,

I would just like to know if anybody has ordered and received anything from this place because I am having major probs with them.
In short,placed an order with them on Oct 17th received email confirming order but some items out of stock will ship when all items available.Sent them an email beginning of Dec after hearing nothing to be told stuff being shipped in 3 to 10 days.Nothing again for 2 weeks so another email,reply saying items shipped on 17th Dec.Christmas comes and goes as does New Year still nothing.Checked online order status ORDER CANCELLED Thought oh well at least I know why nothing has arrived now.Numerous emails no replies
Just received CC statement to discover order amount has been charged to my card,sent another email, awaiting reply!!

Think I may have to get card company involved if I don't get a reasonable reply.

I think the charge would have gone through on the card, independently of the goods being shipped - so now you need to have the charge refunded back on your card. It is very difficult if they are not responding to your e-mails. Have you checked to see if there are any alternative e-mail addresses for customer services?

I have tried a couple of different email options one through there guest services and another direct email but to no avail.It frustrates me even more knowing that they are a Dis sponsor and would expect a better service.
