Mainstreet bakery/confectionary hours?

I know some of the other bakeries like starring rolls in DHS close early, but what about the mainstreet bake shop and the confectionary? Do these stay open until park close?

In January 2009, we ate at Main Street Bakery after Wishes.

They are open late - and the line gets looooooooooooooooong right before Wishes.

Whenever one of the Disney people at work go on vacation, we always ask can I bring you back something (it used to mean a pin, or some little something). Last trip a guy I work with asked for a cinammin bun from the Main Street Bakery. I obliged and picked it up on the way out of the park late on our last night - just out of the oven (got one for me too!). Couple of seconds in the micro at work at it was delicious! Talk about taking a bit of the magic home!
