How many snack credits is the ice cream cookie sandwich at the MS Bakery?

All items that qualify as a snack item on the Dining Plan require one snack credit. If one credit isn't enough it isn't a "Snack" item on the plan and you'll have to pay cash for it.

Thanks for the reply but I am still not clear on your answer. Does the i/c cookie sandwich qualify as 1 snack or 3 seperate snacks (2 cookies and i/c)

Anything that is a snack is 1 credit. So, the whole ice cream sandwich is 1 credit in the same way that a bag of popcorn is 1 credit. Components of the item don't count. There is no such thing as a 2, 3, etc. credit snack. All things that qualify as snack credits are 1 credit.
