What are some things you can get at MSB that are a good deal for a snack? Just wondering if this would be a good place to use snack credits and get bang for your buck!

its a great place to use snack credits, especially for the fudge! ..i didnt see the fudge listed above, but when i was there in october it sure was. i'm sure that hasnt changed...

We love the cinnamon rolls. It is my favorite snack credit. I get one and it is enough for me to eat for breakfast for two days!!!!!

it's a great place to use snack credits. So many yummy options - something for everyone!

The sandwiches are great too if you decide to use one of your CS credits there!

We really like the brownies with the walnuts, they travel really well too:goodvibes

They don't always have it, but if they do.....BANANA BREAD PUDDING is my favorite!

The ice cream cookie sandwiches!!!

These things are HUGE, and you get your choice of cookie. Best "bang for your buck" snack credit in the MK IMO. :thumbsup2 That and the Dole Whip.

Are the ice cream cookie sandwiches still available for a snack credit? I didn't think they were still on the list.

And I was at EPCOT a couple days ago and they were not a snack credit there. They were $4.99. No credits accepted.

The fudge is at the Main Street Confectionary, not Main Street Bakery, but you're right the Confectionary is a grest place to use snack credits. We are not snackers, so always have alot of snack credits left our last day. Our favorite places to use them are the Main Street Confectionary, Boardwalk Sweets, and Goofy's at DTD.

At the Bakery we like the carrot cake and turnovers.

I keep seeing reports of people getting the ice cream sandwiches at MS Bakery for a snack credit, and then will see an equal number of people turned down...wondering if some clerks will ring it up and some won't? I do know in January, when we were in Main Street Bakery, the people in front of us asked about the ice cream cookie sandwich for a DDP snack and they were told "no, it would be 3 snack credits." There was a DDP sign on the cookies, but the gal at the counter said that was one snack credit per cookie. Which is also what we were told last time we stayed at POFQ resort, too. They used to do the ice cream cookie sandwich for one snack credit, but had stopped that as of May 2010.

Just an FYI, The last two times we went to Main STreet Bakery (Jan 2011, and Nov 2010) for "fresh hot" cinnamon rolls first thing in the morning they were COLD and STALE. Right at park opening...they had obviously been baked the day before & stored uncovered in a cooler over night...they didn't bother warming them up, just took them straight from the fridge & started selling them. Needless to say...they were awful. In January, the people at the next table were saying the same thing about the giant muffins...hard & stale, as well as cold.

I guess Disney is trying some money savers.

Not to hijack the thread, but we were at the Grand Floridian Tea Room having tea and we were the last to close down the place and our server, who sat and talked with us for an hour, gave us a to go box of pastries. When I said "well, you would just be throwing them out at the end of the service anyway", she corrected me and said "No, they will be used tomorrow."

I haven't actually been back to tea in the past year since that comment. And I know that I will NEVER book during the first hour of service. I want the fresh ones for that price. Really shocked that at the Grand Floridian (or any Disney restaurant) that 'day old leftovers' are served.
Even McDonalds throws out food after it's sat for 15 minutes or so.
