Main Street Bakery Hours?

I looked at the hours on the websites, and they say park hours. If the park opens at 8 for EMH, does that mean that the Bakery also opens at 8? Thanks!

Awww, no one knows if the Bakery opens at 8 when the park opens at 8? I want to take the KTTK tour and thought it would be fun to take the 9:30 tour on a EMH day and eat breakfast at the Bakery first. But, I wanted confirmation from someone if the Bakery would really be open.

the bakery will be open when the park opens...they are open during EMH, both early EMH and late EMH.

Be aware, though, that the quality there has slipped drastically over the last year. We went for warm, gooey, fresh cinnamon rolls and apple turnovers first thing when the park opened in November 2010, Jan 2011, and Feb 2011. And all 3 times the pastries first thing in the AM were cold, hard and stale. Like refrigerator-cold...and so stale they obviously were from the day before -could hardly bite through the things. I think instead of having employees come in early and bake before the park opens, they just bake extra the night before & put the big trays in the cooler, uncovered...then they just take 'em out and slide them onto the counter racks without warming them or anything the next morning.

Thanks for the help. I'm a little bummed to hear that the pastries are stale, but eating there is something I've always wanted to do, but never wanted to waste ride time going there!
