hey guys,
does anyone know what kind of cheese they use in the ham, egg and cheese croissant breakfast sandwich?? I have been craving one like mad since I've been home!

It is more than likely American cheese. go to your local grocery store and look in the cheese section for it, it usually comes presliced.

DS and DD just loved this sandwich! We were at WDW for 10 days in Sept for free dining and this sandwich is what they keep raving about! After several trips to WDW this was the first time we took a time out to go to the Main Street Bakery. We ate breakfast there each day we were at MK, I love the french toast loaf! Can't wait to go back to Main Street Bakery.
