Main gate ticket pick up

Going in August. Purchased tickets through ticketsatwork for pick up at the main gate. Should arrive in the evening. Can we pick up tickets that evening for use over the next two days? Or do we need to pick up day of first use? How late is the ticket window open?

The ticket window - according to Disney, as I have never been there this late - is one hour past park closing.

You can, from what I understand. I would definitely recommend it.

You can definitely pick up the evening before! We get our tickets through Ares travel and I always pick them up the afternoon before we plan to use them. I don't want to waste precious park time standing in line for tickets!!
