mailing postcards

Does anyone know if we can mail postcards from Mexico to the US?

If so how much is the postage and is there a post office in Mexico?

You can from Cozumel, post office is right near the port, it closes earlier in the day and we completely forgot to mail early.

You can ask anyone in the shops and they will direct you to it.
