Mailing pkgs & Garden Grocer

I've never mailed supplies before, but think I'll try this trip. There will be 6 of us (I've somehow managed to acquire 2 extra kids ~girlfriend & boyfriend) so, it's probably worth the effort.
I'm thinking I should mail sunscreen, shampoo, protien bars, etc (stuff we don't need to bring back ~ we're flying.) We're big water drinkers, so maybe use Garden Grocer for that.
What do you normally mail? Do you have to be in the room for Grocery delivery?

I used garden grocer 2 weeks ago, I was not in the room, and I had planned on paying cash, GG left it with the front desk, and charged it to my room key.

Then they brought it up to me! I did not have to lift a finger! oh sorry, I had to put the water in frig etc!
