Mailing Package To Mexico

I am in need of help
I sold 3 pair of shoes on ebay and the buyer is from Mexico she wants me to combine shipping which I have no problem doing but after weighing the package (6lbs2oz) its going to cost like $24.00 to ship thats if I entered in the correct information. I list on my auctions that I ship to us only so now I'm not sure what to do.
What would my fellow DISERS do?

Would you give her the shipping price?
would you let her know you don't ship there?

and if I don't ship them she could leave me 3 negatives

Have you tried various shipping options like FedEx Ground, UPS, USPS? It might also be cheaper to ship them separately, as I believe packages over a certain size and/or weight do not qualify for the "slow boat" shipping which is cheapest.
