Mailing items home from Aulani

Anyone have experience shipping items home directly from the gift shop at Aulani? We do this often from the Main Street shops at DLR so I’m hoping the process is similar. Would love to know the shipping costs is anyone have a price point to share. I’m expecting it to be outrageous but would love to be pleasantly surprised.

Yes (this is pre-COVID) but they used to ship just like in the parks. And, just like in the parks, you didn't have to pay local sales tax when shipping out of state! I don't remember the shipping costs but do clearly remember that they were significantly less than the tax we were going to pay...

I bought one of those Mickey Lamps from the gift shop. Turns out it was shipped directly to me from the manufacturer located somewhere on the mainland. They told me I should have it in a couple weeks.

It took three months!!

We now bring home everything ourselves.

I’m ok with waiting a few months. We’re stopping in Hawaii on our way home from Australia. I’m anticipating our suitcases will already be stuffed with souvenirs at that point. I’m just glad Aulani has the option to ship stuff home.

I’ve only ever done it at the post office since we buy a lot of our souvenirs off property. boxes made it home only a few days after us.

We always rent a car so we went to the one in Waikiki when we were there but I googled it & it appears that there are two about 9 minutes from Aulani.
