Mailed Disneyland Resort Express Transfer - when to expect documents?

Received email months ago from Walt Disney Travel Company that they no longer send park tickets to your home, they are sent to your hotel upon check-in for a more convenience and flexibility. Noted that if you included transfer from airport to hotel, these transfer documents will be mailed in advance to your home address. We are two weeks out and still have not received anything. Any clue when these might arrive????
