Mail Supplies to Hotel in Advance?

Hello. I am heading to WDW with DD4, DS3 and DS6 month -- I remember reading somewhere that mailing supplies to the hotel is the way to go, how do I go about doing that? Do I call the travel agent to get the address to ship to? How many days in advance can/should it be there? What should I put in the package? Ao far I know, diapers, wipes, disinfect wipes and disposable bibs -- what else. What snacks are good for walking aorund the parks?

Thanks in advance for your suggestions. DH is already making fun of me for gathering things together, but I can't wait to go!

I have never sent a box ahead - we just took an extra suitcase - but I thought I would comment on the snacks for you.

We had ds 23 mo with us. We brought bananas, nutrigrain bars, rice krispie bars, raisin boxes, gerber fruit snacks, and a tupperware container of cheerios. I also brought apple juice boxes, which I found to be awesome. Milk got nasty in his cup quickly, but I could empty a juice box into his takentoss cup each morning, add some ice, and he would have juice to drink in the parks, instead of drinking pop or having to buy milk each time he was thirsty. ( I took enough take and toss cups for one each day, that way if one was lost it wasnt the end of the world.)

Individual bags of chips (chex mix etc), peanut butter and jelly, bread if it is only going to be arriving a few days before you. Cereal is always good. Maybe some fruit. All this in addition to what the PP said. I have never sent a package either but are considering it for this trip. My kids are almost the same age as yours (DS 3, DD 2, DS 5months). Also- don't forget ziplock bags. You'd be surprised how often you need them! Maybe send a few small toys too for the kids in the room (coloring books, action figures etc.) Paper plates, cups and utensils. You don't want to havea snack and then have to go down to the snack bar to get untensils while the kids are starving! Don't forget to send down swim diapers and regular diapers. Hmmmm... the more I think about it I better get a box together!!!

Wow, I need to make a list. Some great ideas -- I think I will also get a return label so that I can send back whatever is left -- and may some souviniers too. The less I have to hold the better! Napkins and take n toss cups weren't even on my mind, so thank you!

We are at CBR, but I have friends staying at Poly so we will be there at some points. I know we are doing Ohana breakfast on Tuesday. Our possible schedule so far is WDW Monday evening and Tuesday a.m. MGM Tuesday evening, AK on Wed (Restaurantsaurus for breakfast) and Thursday we are doing princess breakfast at Epcot and not sure where we will end up later.
