Mail Order - very speedy service!

Just wanted to let you all know about how quick and easy DLP's mail order service was...

I have read about it before but always thought it would be too lengthy, involving photocopies of cards, order forms e.t.c., and then waiting forever for the parcel. Well, then I decided I had to have the set of 12 attraction posters so set about my mail order mission!

I sent DLP an email on the 8th April through their website, and they replied on the 13th. All I had to do was email my payment info and delivery address, and THREE DAYS later my parcel arrived. That's quicker than Royal Mail!

I had always presumed it would be expensive, but the posters cost 24euro and postage was 8euro. This meant it worked out around £24 which I don't think is bad considering the speed of delivery! (The good euro rate definitely helped though!)

Thought i'd share my experience incase anyone else is hesitant about using the service. I am now wondering what I can order next

Hi Charlotea, I was going to order something recently, and like you was impressed with the prompt replies, cost, etc. However, when it got to ordering, they insited I must use a credit card as opposed to visa or any other method, and we don't use those for purchases. Was this the same for you?

that's strange, I used a debit card and had no problems. This is what they asked for in the email:

"Should you wish to place a mail order, please confirm the delivery address, the phone number and the credit card payment (number , date of validity and 3 last digits on the back of the credit card from a Visa, Mastercard or American Express)."

It's not unusual to get mixed mesaages from DLP, so will try again
