mail code Help?

I booked a trip last year for my family as well as i had my brother with us in ASM suite. As it turns out he received a mail code in his name, even though the reservation was in my name. Plus he did not sign up for any Disney promo's etc(he has no internet )

So, now i am rebooking a trip and wanting him to come again so we can take advantage of the coupon. Does the reservation now have to be made under his name, or as long as he is an occupant. Was planning on doing a "girls" only trip but if i can save money, he is more then welcome to join us.

so, i to date have not received anycodes in the past years.

I was able to apply my mom's pin code (received via email) last week to our November reservation. We have different addresses and the ressie is under my name, but because she is going along, I was able to use her code.
