Maid service in between ressies?

Hello, my understanding is that maid service at DVC works like the following:

Trash and towels service/replacement every 4 days
Full maid service (sheets, vacuum, scrub) every 8 days


The question I have is if someone has a ressie at a DVC resort for 7 days or less, do they do the "full maid service" before the next people check in to the room?

If not, do you basically walk into the last members potential mess? Thanks very much in advance.

All units receive full cleaning between guest stays

Also if you stay long enough for a full cleaning, the full cleaning occurs on day four and trash and towel on day eight, then the cycle repeats.
