Dfi has used it in the past. He buys some target brand one for like $1.20, drinks the whole bottle with a whole glass of water. Usually starts a rumbling in about an hour, I asked him how long it "lasted" he says don't make any plans so I'm guessing quite a while. He likes to shred mail while hes in there.....eww

Although the majority of people that have taken this may have quick results, I didn't. It was many hours later that it worked. I would say results vary with each individual and depending on why its being used. Constipation or Colonoscopy. It lasted about 2-3 hours once it started working with me. Reading material will be your friend. Drag a TV in there with you.

I had to drink this once and I pray that I never have to again. No sleep and the next day instead of releasing me from the hospital, they kept me another night because I was so dehydrated from throwing up and from, lets just say, the stuff really worked.
