I do think that is a distinct possiblity. When I booked last week for this Wed night, the CM noted that we arrive at the airport around midnight. She said she advised picking up our bags ourselves to ensure they went on the bus we were on so they wouldn't arrive at 4am and wake us up. She never said we HAD to pick up our own bags, which I was under the impression we'd have to do since it was so late. She also said that there was a chance bell services would hold the bags until it was a decent hour, but recommended we not take that chance.
Another thing to be aware of if you have a flight after midnight, is that your room reservation date and your ME arrival date won't match. For example, we have our room reserved for the 18th, but technically arrive on the 19th, so our reservation had been flagged by a computer. Luckily, I called to verify even after receiving the confirmation email. I didn't want to take any chances that there would be no one there to get us that late at night.
