Ok, it's been a while since we've purchased MagicBands. The last time we did, we could purchase in advance, and they would be available at the resort for pick up during check-in.

From what I'm seeing now, our only option is to wait to buy them when we arrive.

Is that now the case for Canadian guests?

Yes. As of now, you have to be a US resident or have your address on file as being in the US, to order the MB's though MDE in advance. They don't even allow resort pick up anymore for out of US addresses. No idea why, others may know!

Definitely an odd decision on their part. Without being able to purchase them at a discount, I'm sure a lot of guests are opting to not purchase them at all now. Another missed opportunity on their part, and we all know that Disney likes to make money!
