Magicbands

So I just went to modify DH and my magicbands for our upcoming December stay at POFQ but only I am listed as eligible for a new magicband? He's listed on the reservation so I'm not sure why it wouldn't give me the option to even get one for him.

Does anyone know who to email for IT issues like this? I would prefer to not have to call.

Are you managing his profile or does he have his own MDe account?
If he has his own then you'd have to link via family and friends for you to be able to access his info from your account.

I manage it, he doesn't have a profile which is the same as all of our past trips. I've never had to do anything special for his so I'm not sure why it's being weird now

Weird. You didnt accidentally decline his right?
Is it still showing but you just can't modify the name/color?
Only things I'd suggest is step away for a couple days and look again or call Disney.

My DS's magic band for our November trip disappeared twice during the MDE updates. I had to call and have it added back. On our last day to customize the bands, my son's was there in the morning and gone by the evening. IT was able to fix it (again).

Nope! He's just not even listed in the magic band section. I'll have to call I guess!

We'll be there 12/14-12/17!

Update: Had to call and get it readded. Apparently it has been happening to a lot of people
