MagicBands: USPS Tracking says "Delivered" but we never got them

USPS tracking information says the MagicBands package was delivered just shy of 1 p.m. today.

But we got nothing.

Has anyone run into this? How did Disney handle it when you called to say you didn't receive the Bands?

I'm going to call in about 45 minutes once I'm off work. Wish me luck!

Its actually not disney's deal. You have to call USPS and ask them. If USPS can't find them for you, I am sure disney will ship new ones though. I would try the post office first. That really sucks that you don't get to have them today when I am sure you were looking forward to getting them!

If they are not in tomorrows mail go to the Post Office with your tracking # before calling Disney.

Happened to us, I got mine, wife never did. USPS searched but never found it, had to call Disney to reorder.

Forgot to add, Disney made us wait two weeks to see if it came before they would let us reorder.

If possible, check with your neighbors. When we've had "delivered" packages that we didn't receive, they turned up delivered to neighbors.

Thanks, everyone. My wife and I decided to wait one more day then we'll give USPS and Disney a call. Hopefully they come tomorrow.

USPS tracking generally initially shows when it was delivered to the post office. Sometimes the carrier is on top of it and gets it out that day. Other times it sits in the PO for a day before the carrier gets it. I'd wait until tomorrow.

Not in my experience. All packages I've received via USPS have shown arrived at Post Office, Out For Delivery and then finally Delivered when actually delivered to my address.

Same thing here. Status said delivered (in another town not mine). After speaking to a supervisor, the post office in the town it said delivered, and my local post office, nobody can find them. It's been three weeks now and they still haven't shown up anywhere. I wouldn't bother waiting any longer for the post office, seems like once something is "delivered" ( be that correctly or incorrectly) they basically wash their hands of it. Call Disney and tell them, they will send you out new ones and cancel the missing ones. They were quick with the replacements.

Just wanted to add, I re-read and realized your delivery status is today, so when I say don't wait any longer it's more like if they still don't show up in a day or two. But from talking with the supervisors at the PO, it sounds that when something is saying delivered, that's what it is. As in, they dropped the package off and are now done with it. I still wonder where mine went : Had a another reservation and those arrived fine.

Same here. It says when it departed the post office and is out for delivery. It's not marked as delivered until it's actually delivered.

Good advice. We found one of our neighbor's packages on our porch. When we went to give it to him at his house, he was on the phone trying to figure out where his package was, and they were telling him that it had been delivered. It had. Just to the wrong house.

Hey all! I've an update for you:

Looks like they were lost in the mail.

I called Disney and Castmember Ronda was great and very fun to talk to. She put in another order and the replacements should be on their way soon!
