Magicbands-can we charge food at parks?

Can we charge food at the parks on these? A CM told me that it worked just like the Key to the World card and we could charge it and settle up at the end, but then she also said it was linked to our dining plan. If we want to pay OOP for a specific meal, I was concerned they would pull it off the dining plan instead of charging it to our card?

I have often had the dining plan on my KTTW card and had no trouble paying OP for meals and charging it to the card. I would assume the bands would work the same way. Just make sure to check your receipt before leaving, it will tell you how the meal has been purchased.

explicit with the CM and check your receipt. A lot of people on dining plans pay for some meals out of pocket so they are used to it. Still people make mistakes.
