Hey there, has anyone ever seen the Maleficient band as an option for MagicBand upgrade?



I love it, but would love even more to pay $10 instead of $25. LOL

LOL, well after you do, will you let me know? Mainly wondering if I should try to hold out for it or not. I've not seen it yet but I've only been checking a few weeks.

The Haunted Mansion wallpaper one is pretty awesome too, and I haven't seen it either. Disney probably knows I'm gonna be a sucker and buy one for full price anyway.

How long has it been around?
I too have not seen it because I would have gotten it. I have checked often for those that show up. Best I've done related to this is the Female Villain one (DH got the Male version)
If it's new, there is a chance it will pop up.
If it's been around a while, odds are not as good that they'll add it, though I'd never say never.

I jumped on that the second I saw it on ShopDisney and it arrived yesterday, the photo online really doesn’t do it justice. The band itself is actually black all the way through, and the side with the holes has her raven on top of light purple thorns. It’s gorgeous. I would not expect it to be in stock any longer than 30 secs for $10.

RE: HM wallpaper that one was also available last week, I customized it and Dory for our May trip after I straight up bought the ones I was stalking at full price from MouseGears last weekend.

Snapped that up last week for our February trip. I've been waiting for it to crop back up again after I saw it a few weeks ago.

There was a light blue (or aqua?) one with castles on it. I've seen it come up a few times, and every time I click on it, it says it can't complete my order. Is that typical?

Yes. That’s typical when they are out of stock

I guess my question is whether it's common for the upgrade bands they post to be out of stock. There aren't any others we're interested in so I haven't tried selecting any but that one.

And why would they keep adding that same one to the selection over and over if it's out of stock?

Yes, it's common for them to be out of stock.
They have stock but they quickly get sold out. Wash, rinse, repeat.

I saw the HM wallpaper in the last 10 days so keep checking!

I believe I've hit this point as well. I'll pocket my money to use on something else and get the solid band and decorate it myself like we've been doing for years. I love both those bands, but I have enough to worry about. LOL
