MagicBand+ at Walt Disney World *NOW AVAILABLE!!!*

Those who have ordered through MDE for a resort stay...did you get an email confirmation of your purchase? I got an order confirmation screen (which I printed to PDF), but I haven't received an email confirmation.
Now, how long will it take the Etsy folks with 3D printers to design a new puck holder to put on a watch band for these? I'm kind of hoping not long, since I want the new puck with the features, but don't really like wearing MagicBands and much prefer sliding a puck holder onto my watch band.
I didn't think I got my email but it was in my junk folder.
 
Did you get through? I finally got through and the tech person wouldn't even let me talk and said it couldn't be done because I am only allowed one discounted band ahead of time. The tech then hung up on me.

Did you already receive your original bands? The first tech person told me I was allowed only one discounted band and then hung up on me. So I am on hold with another tech person who is trying to find out if it can be done. I am hoping I am successful this time.

I did but tech support had to call me back and once they did, they fixed it.

Pretty sure mine wasn't there - I always check that before deleting them. But I have screenshots, and it shows Preparing (or something like that) on my MDE. And the money came off my card.

I got an email confirmation almost immediately.
 

Probably all of them, but there were only 14 MB2, so at least 40 MB+
The actual count was 33.
I ordered ours at 5:00 this morning through MDE and I have yet to receive an email. When I pull up our order details it says "in progress".
Check your junk folder. I received confirmation email within 5 minutes of order about the same time of ordering.
 
Bought ours online for my thanksgiving trip... man that was a pain, the payment screen kept having the loading button on it and would never load. I logged in on incognito mode for it finally load. So if you are having problems like I did try incognito mode.
I am super happy I am getting the new 50th Partner magic band! Soo pretty.
 
Yanno, when you offer tech that had about 2 years of battery life since 2013, people will think that the new tech will have similar battery life, and not one that's measured in days, or possibly hours.
Exactly!!!!! I had no idea until I saw the article that you have to charge them up (supposedly every 2 or 3 days). That is a real pain-- something else you have to worry about the charge. I'm sure I would have been one that pulled out the band and threw the box away this morning if I was in the parks buying one.
 
I ordered a few minutes before 10a edt. I received confirmation email in about 15 minutes.

Email said i placed order 7/27 1:55 pm PT.

Without a charge I will work just like a regular magic band.
 
Thanks. Good to know I'm not the only one. I can see I have ordered them and there's a confirmation number, but no email. Even checked the Spam folder just to be sure.

I didn't get an email either. Just chatted with Disney and they said they wouldn't send me an email until the bands shipped. I told them it was resort pick up and they replied "same thing" soooo idk 🤷‍♀️

Do that many people sleep with their magic bands on? Just put it on the charger overnight. Easy peasy.
Honestly. It’ll help us keep track of them for in the morning. Hah. We are always like “now where did I put that…”

Last night, I also had a problem at first with the payment section and tried the retry button several times but to no avail. I opened another tab on the browser and logged in again (it’s as if the system logged me out in the middle of the ordering process) and hit retry under Payment and then it worked okay.
 
Does everyone have to get one or decline one for the order to go through.
I have 7 people.....2 declined, 2 picked and the rest are deciding.....but nothing has gone though

Okay....got it. Everyone has to do something. So I declined the rest and it went through. They can be added later
