Magicard ?'s

May be stupid questions, but....Does the magicard expire? We are going to be in Orlando Jan 6-19, 2008. If I ordered the card now, would it expire before then? When should I order it?

I'm pretty sure there's a new one every year. Not sure when the new version comes out; hopefully someone will know.

My understanding is that they never expire. I know that the "look" of the card changes with time, but I'm nearly sure that the information that came with mine said that they don't expire.

Hi there!
I sent for their free vacation kit a couple of weeks ago. The card itself has no expiration date on it anywhere but the materials that they sent along with it that list hotel and other discounts has a blurb which says:

"All offers expire February 28, 2007 unless otherwise specified. Check with individual establishments for Peak Season and Off-Peak Season dates and Magicard Black-Out Periods."

Once the offers that you have expire, I'm pretty sure you can go on their website and find out what the updated offers are while still using the same card. I think the website was www.go2orlando.com (but I may have that wrong since I haven't ordered one lately).

now some will renew immediately - but lots will wait until after April 16 to renew.
