How cute are you? Seriously, thanks for making my day. I actually got the Dooney on Disneyshopping.com... if I'm going to totally out myself - The story was that they sent the email announcing the Princess lineup for the dooney line - and as soon as I saw it on my email I knew I had to have it. Psycho that I am, and paranoid that it would be one of those Disney quirks that just sells out right away, I bought it that day. Glad I did too! Its awesome, and I highly suggest you get one. Then we can be twins! :yay:

So - being (biased) and what I use and am familiar with... I would suggest a Canon PowerShot with IS (Image stabilization... its basically something that helps your pics stay sharp even when you zoom in. It will counteract the shakiness of your hand even at full zoom... TOTALLY worth it.) So, without spending a ton of money - these are the best options I at a great price that I can find. Ive also played with the second link in person and really enjoy it. Below are two links for you to try out.

Let me know what you think! Thanks for your input :upsidedow

You started this when I was leaving on my trip and I missed it! I just saw the link in your signature and now I am all caught up!

Love the pictures, and I wish I would've known you last year- you could have shot my wedding!

You have a lot of great stuff for the trip- Allie is lucky to have a princess cousin!

Those socks are super cute-- $1 is awesome!
Thanks for that awesome link about the Princess gifts...off to email it to DBF :rolleyes1

I'm in! Great photos so far. I love reading about planners (takes one to know one!).

Our trips will overlap, just barely. We arrive at the World on Oct. 30 and will be there until Nov. 4

Can't wait to hear more from you princess:

Cute purse! YAY for your trip! So exciting that it is so soon! We will be going in Dec. and I can't wait for the MVMCP! :cool1:

And how cool that you are a wedding photographer! That seems like such a fun job! I had the BEST photographer... she lugged a tackle box that had EVERYTHING you might need in it and then when my sister forgot my earrings (grrr.... don't get me started!) she took the CZ studs out of her own ears, wiped them with alcohol and I wore them on my wedding day.:worship: Life.Saver.

Wow. You might be my biggest ego-booster. I should ask you to hype me up all the time before weddings and blog posts :woohoo: I feel pretty awesome. Thank you, I am ridiculously humbled and flattered by having readers and people share their life with me. I should have done this a long time ago.

Welcome Home! Im a regular stalker on your TR popcorn:: and pretty excited to have you reading mine too! I think its pretty great that our DH's have the same mortifying (lol) Hooting Owl TShirt /sigh. I'll keep you posted on the Allie surprises too - we're going crazy and decorating the bedroom on the night before she leaves for the airport.

Those socks are super cute-- $1 is awesome!

If you get princess-pimped out, you NEED to let me know. This thing is crazy, and you have to hook a sister up. Im DYING to see it. My visa is already practically climbing out of my wallet with the promise of sparkles and magic.

I'm in!! I'm enjoying reading you TR. Keep it coming!!

Gee, Thanks! I will. Its a compulsion now really. Wake up, Make Coffee, Read Disboards. Then eat dinner, let Kris wash... and I check boards again!!

Thats crazy! Have a great trip and ill keep you posted about our whereabouts in the coming days. In terms of being a 'planner' ive been a "Blogger/Planner Deadbeat" since I havent actually even broken down and shared our day two plans. I promise to change that this morning. Working on that after this.

Cute purse! YAY for your trip! So exciting that it is so soon! We will be going in Dec. and I can't wait for the MVMCP! :cool1:

We have a crazy job - one that I love very much - but being with a bride ALL day on her wedding day can be a hectic journey. Ive seen everything from shoe-trades, to earring swaps (Thats awesome that she did that for your sister), promises of no rain, calming down mothers, playing bodyguard and blocking OUT mother IN LAWS ;) and all that stuff. Its an amazing job, and very worth it. Ill share some horror stories later on of course!

Great photos - and I'm so excited to hear all about your trip!

Thanks! Now that wedding season is almost over, ill break out my real work camera and take some great shots to share with everyone. This hurry up and snap a pic to post on my blog is mortifying.... being a photographer. Again, such a deadbeat. Im on it!! lol. But thanks so much :lovestruc

---- I got TONS of blog-love these last few days, I cant tell you how much that means to me. Thanks everyone -----

:surfweb: Morning fellow addicts and friends! Ive got a few minutes before Kris and I head out to "The Big E" this morning. Its a Massachusetts tradition, like a giant county fair thing. Ive never been, so im off to drive over and discover it today. Not sure what to expect... so im wearing flannel. believe it. ;)

So, Yesterday... in the mail.... it happened. OH IT HAPPENED. MM. Mickey Mail. So, I have staged a mini celebration and taken a photo to share my elation with those of you that understand!

P1070090.jpg

This is inside my office. Im putting off painting the walls. Red walls. Really? Not very bridal. BUT, you see the mail with a little pixie confetti (and a little bucket that reminded me of Minnie)

This is how excited my cat, Sidney was when the mail came. She watched me walk down the driveway - and skip back up..

P1070094.jpg

P1070093.jpg

FUNFACT: I realized this about a week ago, and my DH is a little concerned. When we adopted Sid from the shelter, I named her before I even knew her. I wanted her name to be Sydney... like Australia. So, fastforward to last week - I spell her name with a Y. Eric - my brohirrim - spells it with an I. And thats when I realize. If you spell it SIDNEY, and rearrange the letters, it spells DISNEY. I know. I need help. I did a SUBCONSCIOUS naming of my cat after the Dis. Yikes.

Ok - so that being said, Day two is Magic Kingdom overload. All day, all night - basking in all that is classic and magic. I want to see every parade, eat every mickey bar, wear every tshirt, and lose my mind in bouncing mickey ears. I love all there is about MK.

I will also run (and lack any sort of grace and shred of feminine mystery I have) towards the Aloha Isle ...

Aloha.jpg

For my first (unless I hit the Polynesian early ;) )

disney08273.jpg

I am totally obsessed with these little beauties. To the point where Im thinking there's a secret ingredient that gives me the shakes if I dont have one in 6 months. :confused3

Anyway - Kris is new to MK and has missed out on a TON of the classics... so there will be lots of work to do - hall of presidents and everything.

After that we have a Boma reservation with the family at 6:15. Then, back to the Wilderness to grab sweatshirts and glowsticks (trust me when I tell you I have glowsticks to match my outfits like a total overachiever) and catch Wishes at 9. Then... stick around for the Extra Magic Hours until Midnight. I have to tell you... the Tomorrowland People Mover is actually one of my most favorites at night. Its so amazing to glide around and see the lights, and rest and soak in the magic... and steal a kiss somewhere under Space Mountain :lovestruc

Looking for ideas for Kris since its his first submersion day. He hasnt done a lot of the Magic Kingdom experiences... any for you that are 'Cant Miss?!'

Love to you, and enjoy this sunny Saturday!! xo

mmm that Dole Whip float looks great!

Can't wait to have one.. only about 12 weeks to wait now ;) hehe.

Did you know you can buy the mix from Dole website?! :goodvibes

Emma princess: x

Yay for Mickey Mail!
Mmmm, nothing like the first Dole Whip of a trip!

How was the Big E? I went there for an animal science lab in college (Umass Amherst) and had to spend the whole day in the goat and cow barns. It was... interesting...

I love the sound of your MK day! My suggestion: please don't skip the Country Bears! I am their biggest fan- I know all the words!

Hello! fellow MA girl here! Cant wait for your TR. The first thing my family ever did at MK and ever since is an absolute fave is Mickeys Philarmagic!

I love that you mentally switched Sydney's (Sidney's) name around!

Now I'm craving a Dole Whip.

I cannot wait to try the Dole Whip... Its def on my to-do's! :) is it only at MK & the Poly? We're gonna be at MK 2 days... but what if I need another one? :rotfl:

If you look back on my itinerary, the first thing we are going to do after getting our AP's is go to Main Street for a Casey's hot dog and a Dole Whip!!!

(I promised my Prince Connor that I would indulge in the tradition of Casey's for him so I thought lets make it a double tradition and go to Aloha Isle too!)

We aren't even staying in MK long because we will be resort hopping at that point and want to get back to OKW to rest up before our 'Ohana reservation...but we will jump onto Main Street for a bit of nibbling and shopping and basking in the glow of what IS a DOLE WHIP!

SIGH........:cloud9:

And I cannot wait for my MM....I am counting days as we all do and I am at 40 days today...which means in a couple of weeks I should have mine!!! :yay:

I have my credit voucher from Disney.com from the kickback on the check in gifts I purchased before they went on sale so I intend on getting my Dooney bag with it! Just knowing another Princess in the area has the same Princess bag and who shares my love for all things Princess-y makes me feel so good! :goodvibes

Dont let him miss out on Philharmagic! Or BTM at night! Or Country Bear Jamboree! They were my favorite characters as a real little one. I love the People Mover!! I want to do the Riverboat this time - can you believe I never have?! I think it would be SO romantic at night!! *Swoon*

OH! And Sidney/Disney...hilARious!!

Thank you so much for the advice!! I will check it out and let you know what I've decided! :flower3:
