Magical Vacation Homes?

I am in the Magic Palace as we speak. Great Reviews from me. Rita has been fabulous with us, very prompt replies to all of our questions. She even left us a cake with all the kids names on it.

thank you, I has not stay there:cool1:

I just found their web site today and it looks a little bit better than All Star Vacation Homes web site and they are a little cheaper. I too am interested in what people have to say. I really think I am going to use them for our next trip.

We stayed in one of the townhomes last year. We were quite pleased. Our townhome was very clean. Loved the VERY warm heated splash pool, it was nearly as warm as a hot tub. There were a few minor things, like the plastic sheeting coming off the walls in the kids room, slightly uncomfortable sofa, etc., but nothing major. Also, the master bedroom has a queen bed, not a king. We chose to stay there for the princess room. My daughter is getting older now and no longer cares about the theme. If a themed room was still important we'd stay there again without hesitation.

We stayed in the Magic Palace last year. It was great. When we first arrived the pool heat wasn't on and even though there were clearly written instructions we couldn't get it to come on. Someone came out first thing in the morning after I called and they were very courteous. The kids loved their rooms and we all enjoyed the pool/spa and good location.

We would also warn anybody thinking about booking with Magical Vacation Homes. They are scam artists who don’t deliver the home that was described at booking. Everything was broken and filthy. They promised a hot tub and we got a cold tub that then drained completely. They pretended to try to fix it but knew all along it was broken and probably has been for a long time. They spend their time arguing with customers and wasting their customers’ vacation time waiting for service. They should spend their time cleaning and maintaining their homes but instead create fake photos and accounts to give themselves 5 star reviews. Check their better business bureau and trust pilot reviews for real reviews
