Not that I am glad that it's the last day. I am sure some of ya'll wondered if it would ever end. LOL!!! If ya'll have followed along this far I hope that ya'll have enjoyed sharing our trip with us. We enjoyed sharing it with ya'll.
After we got up and got the van loaded we walked around to take some pictures then we headed out. We always do something our last day before heading home but we had not decided what. I think I forgot to mention that the day before Mike had lost his Nextel at the Magic Kingdom. We had to go over to the lost and found to see if anyone had turned it in. They had!!! Mike was so excited and thankful!
Since we were right there at the Magic Kingdom we decided to go back there. We were going over to one of the shops to buy some Christmas gifts when we saw that Cinderella's Celebration was going on. We walked over to see if it was "our" Prince Charming. Sure enough it was. I called him on his cell phone to tell him we stopped by to see his show before heading home. After the show we went over to the shop. I can't mention which one because when someone gets a Disney box for Christmas they will know what's in it. LOL!!! As we were shopping my cell phone rang. It was Prince Charming. He and the cast wanted to thank us for the CD and letter and tell us how much it meant to them. PC held the phone out so we could hear the characters thanking us. Mickey was the loudest thanking us. It was very magical. The guest in the store thought we had lost our minds I am sure. I wanted to say we had but not on this trip. LOL!!!
We finished our shopping and went over to have lunch. You guessed it the Liberty Tree. A wonderful meal before heading home. We got finished a little earlier than we thought so we went over to ride Buzz Lightyear one last time. On the way out we saw Twiddle Dee and Twiddle Dum. The guest behind us took a family picture of us with them. It's so nice to have people being so nice. When we got through Mike took a picture of them with Dee and Dum.
It was time to head home. The ride was very nice until about 2 hours from home. The girls were getting a little restless so we popped in a movie on Mike's laptop and watch that. That was truly a life saver.
I am sure I have left out some details but I hope I covered most of it. Even though there were a few negative times the magical moments overshadowed the negative. We hope ya'll enjoyed the journey with us. Thanks for sharing it with us!!!
