Magical Moments Call

Has anyone else gotten a call from 407-939-7740 about your resort reservation and telling you to call back about a magical moment? Couldn't find anything on phone calls, just about magical moments happening in the park.

They could have an inventory issue for a the room type/hotel you've booked and might need to upgrade/move you?

That would be my first guess.

just couldn't find the 2 numbers they gave me listed anywhere on the disney website, so wasn't sure I should call back. Being extra cautious i guess.

Because you can't find the numbers anywhere, maybe consider editing them out of your posts? Probably not numbers Disney wants publicized and/or the CMs who answer won't be able to help just random callers?

I googled, and both numbers came up a few times on message boards as WDW reservation contact numbers. The second one was attached to someone's pin code back in 2010.

It happened to us. We went from All-star movies to a 2 room villa at Saratoga Springs. Enjoy!
