I'm terrible at posting trip reports. And I so love to read other people's. I just realized I only did one day of my recent Disneyland trip and i also never finished my Springtime surprise.
I ran the most miles I have ever ran in a week- 46! I have been doing Hanson's from scratch marathon plan. The long run tops out at 16, which I did for the first time this Sunday. I felt pretty good after. I'm trying to be positive and look forward to the marathon, even though its another 10 miles!. There is still a part of me that wishes I only registered for the marathon and not goofy to give it my full attention. I realize I could skip the half, but that is really the only medal I like. The weather here is perfect to me for running, sunny and in the 40's most of the run and I usually end the runs when it is in the 50's. Below 40 I hate, it just takes to long to warm up to me. Where I live while it gets in the 20's overnight once the sun comes up it gets nice.
I haven't found much (lots of copper) But I found a character stop!

Fall Sunsets are best!
