Yes, they have been most helpful with all of my questions. They had the best rates for my end of August 2006 trip. I had asked for quotes from 4 different agencies.

We also have. Booked with them for MOM meet in December. Got excellent rate of $236 a night for AKL concierge. Cannot beat that rate...rack rate is $455 a night.
Looking forward to seeing everyone going first week of December.

same here- for our upcoming Dec 3-11 trip at POR. Extremely happy with their service so far- got us registered for magical express, rooms booked at special discount/rate, and made more than 10 ADR's for us too. great!
