We have a large group going in September and are looking into doing one of the magical gatherings. Either the breakfast at Tonys or the firework cruise. Has anyone done these and if so, were they worth the cost? They are now offering a discount to CMs so it will give us a discount off of the price now for our party. We will be a party of 10. I looked at the dinner at AK and EPCOT, but thought $60 was a little high for our group. Let me know if you've done either of these and your opinion of them. Thanks! I have to reserve 90 days out, so am getting close.

I was part of a group that did all three. I didn't do the Breakfast but from comments said, I believe everyone enjoyed the Fireworks cruise a lot more. I did the Safari dinner and the cruise and I liked the cruise the best too. The Safari dinner food was excellent but I was disappointed in the safari ride. I thought they stopped a bit more than the usual ride but they didn't.

We did the breakfast last December. We really enjoyed it. I think the food was excellent and the character interaction top notch. We got some great pictures too. If you want more, let me know

We are doing the breakfast July 5th. Is it a buffet ? What characters are there? How long is it? It starts at 9am....what time will we probably be done? How long does it take to get time with Mickey for pictures.....will we be waiting even after we are done eating? Do they do anything unusual or special?
Thank you !!
PS - Would LOVE to see pictures !!!

We have done the breakfast fireworks and Illuminations. Breakfast was the least favorite/interavtive of the three for our party. Wishes cruise was amazing, my DD loved the character interaction as well as the storytelling and trivia. The Illuminations "dance party" that goes with dinner was great and I got priceless photos of DD dancing with Minnie and Goofy.

Great to hear - we may be going with a large group next year - I need to start getting info now!

I'm interested too - have a group going in December. Anyone think that the cruise is too late for little ones?
