How do I make a reservation for Magical Express? Should I have done this when I reserved our room or is there a separate number?

Did you do the whole MYW package? it is the only way to get ME! if you did do myw you can just call back CRO and have them pull up your ressie, next give them your flight and they will set you up.. next they will send you stuff in the mail (specifics and special luggage tags)

WHAT?!? You have to purchase MYW package in order to use ME? I thought as long as you're booked at the Disney resort that you can use ME.

My understanding is that ME is available to all guests staying on site. I think it has to be booked at least 10 days out. I believe you can call anytime and arrange for this service. You will need your flight information.

No, anyone can use ME as long as they are staying onsite.

oh sorry... I must have misunderstood the cast member (she made it seem as if we needed to do the myw to get the ME!!!)...but I know you can call backwith your flight info at anytime.

I booked room only to get the AAA discount and after I made my plane reservations I just called back with the flights

Just thought I'd mention Tyler ( a route driver for Disney) posted on the Transportation thread... I read his opinions of ME vs Mears, and it convinced me to give ME a try!! thanks Tyler!

ME is indeed available to anyone who books a room at the WDW resort. I am a passholder and have a room-only ressie, and I didn't even have to ask - they offered.
