Do they still deliver your luggage to your room and do I need my magic band to get on the bus??

Luggage delivery has not happened since pre-COVID. You will have to pick it up at baggage claim, and it will travel with you on the bus.
You will need either a MagicBand or your confirmation number in order to board the bus.
