I'm not sure if this is the right place for this and if it's not then I apologize but I was wondering if anyone could tell me about the magical Express. I haven't been to Disney in 3 years. The last time I went they sent me a booklet with my magical express tickets. Do they still do that? I called last week to update my airline information and the woman told me it would take a few days to show up on my account. I was just wondering if it's something that will show up on my app. It hasn't yet. Just not sure if I need to call again. My trip isn't until February so I still have a little time. TIA!!

You should get something in the mail a few weeks ahead of your trip with your yellow tags (if you're traveling domestically). I don't remember if ME showed up on my MDE account when we went last summer, it might have. I just called a few days before to make sure everything was all set. We only travel with carryons so we didn't need the tags.

First, there’s a Transportation board, you can ask to have the post moved there
Second, no, it won’t ”show up“ on your MDE like most people think it will
It will show up under your Arrival information if you click to complete Online Check in, or if you click to Change Reservation.

There is no ticket to board unless you have no MB. If you get MB mailed to you they are your access to ME. When you arrive the staff will scan your band and direct you to your bus.

You will get yellow tags to put on any luggage you want them to handle provided you arrive after 5AM and before 10PM

All good info above. Here are a couple more things to be aware of:

DME will send you your yellow tags for your luggage generally about 30 days prior to your trip, but it can vary a lot so don't panic if they don't arrive right at that 30 day mark.

By default, DME will only send you 1 yellow tag per person on the reservation. If you need more, just call them directly (866 599-0951) and ask for more. If you ask for more, you'll get two batches of tags. They'll send the additional set as soon as you ask for them (even months in advance) and then send the standard tags at whatever regularly scheduled date they had planned.

If you get to the DME podium and don't have either the letter that comes from DME which has your DME reservation on it, or your Magic Band with you, don't worry. The CM can look it up by your name and get you on the correct bus.
