Magical Express

I'm going down to Disney in January with three other people. Three of us will be leaving from one airport and one person from another. Should I have the third person make their own account and book magical express on their own or is there a way to link them through my account?

Magical Express only goes to MCO. If they are booking out of a different airport, they wouldn't be using Magical Express.

If you are booking online thru ME, there is option to add person and putting in correct info for that person. I did it via phone and on last trip on website. The one thing I screwed up was doing round trip which I'm guessing pegged as staying at same resort for pick up and drop off which wasn't case.

I assume the OP means that they're leaving from different airports.

No need for another MDE account as Magical Express is linked to the resort reservation. As long as all parties are listed on the resort reservation just call and make the DME reservation with the flight info for each person. We have had people travel from different cities on different days as well as depart early and never had any problems with DME.

Yeah, you just have to call. As long as you are on a participating airline, MDE will grab your bags, so even if you show up late/early you are fine. Last fall MDE had us arriving the day before we were actually arriving and staying at a different hotel (ah the good ol days of early MDE). Our bags were sent to that other hotel and had to be shipped back to the Beach Club, but we got a beach club bus with no issue and the bags arrived a few hours later than the usual MDE delivery (after some communications with the BC bell services).

Just to clarify there is no "participating airline" on the inbound, everyone regardless of airline can use the luggage delivery feature if arriving at MCO prior to 10pm.

On the outbound, RAC does have restrictions including timing and airline.
