i have a question about taking the Magical Express at the Airport : Is the bus waiting for us at a certain time according to our flight arrival or is there always another bus coming to get new passengers?

Going from the airport to the hotel, you don't have to be on one specific bus. Feel free to take your time getting there. Buses run continuously.

On the way back is a different story - you will be assigned to a specific bus. If you miss that bus, you will need to get yourself back to the airport.

That's not a definite. We missed our bus once and they put us on the next bus to the airport. Still was very stressful, and I don't recommend cutting it close!

It does sometimes happen, but they don't have to and no one should expect it.

Nope, but if does, it's at least worth asking someone about it instead of automatically assuming you are on your own.

Glad you could be accommodated. BUT....there is no way to know if there will be another bus coming along in 30 mins!!! It isn't an automatic thing. The bus stops at resorts that have guests with existing reservations for the ride back to MCO. IF there are no guests that need to get back to MCO? The bus isn't going to be stopping! I have seen reports of guests deciding that the bus they were supposed to be on was too early for them...so they decided to head to a later bus. Well, it happened that there was either no bus, or if there was one, there was no room for them. We even had a report of a family ignoring their bus pickup time (too early in their opinion), so they decided to get on a later bus. Well, that bus had no room for them. The dad went ballistic and insisted that the group waiting at the resort get on the next bus so his family group could ride that bus!! He kept yelling that he would miss his flight if he wasn't put on that bus!!!! The resort offered to call him a cab, at his expense!! Not a happy camper!
