Morning!
Somehow thoughts of reserving magical express slipped through my planning obsessed mind and I just signed up this morning. We are exactly two weeks out from our trip. We live in PA. Do you think our packet will arrive in time? Thanks!

Just call them and make sure you are registered with Magical Express. The last time we used ME one of the members of our party hadn't received her paperwork, but it was fine. It just meant a couple extra minutes in line once we arrived at MCO and a description of her luggage. Good Luck and have fun!

I'm going to move this to our transportation board.

It's possible that your packet will arrive in time. If so, you can use the DME luggage tags provided (one per person) to have your bags magically delivered to your room as long as your flight arrives between 5:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. You'll also have your vouchers and likely will be able to skip a stop at the DME Welcome Center Desk and go straight to the bus lines (a CM at the entrance to the line for the desk will direct you if that's the case).

If you don't receive your packet in time, you still can ride the bus (24-7) and use the luggage transfer service (subject to the same time constraints noted above). However, you will need to stop at the DME Welcome Center desk to provide your baggage claim information and a description of your bags, and to get a copy of your vouchers printed out.

DME tells us that they need 10 days notice to make the reservation, to print out the info packet/vouchers/tags, and get them to the guest. You will most likely be fine.
If, for some reason, you don't get your packet, just head to DME (ground level, Side B) and they will take your luggage claim receipt numbers as well as a luggage description and send someone to get the bags to DME trucks. THen, they will print out bus vouchers for you and you'll be good to go.
Or you can just go directly to baggage claim and get your own bags and take them to the bus with you...that isn't an issue either. But do remember to stop at the DME counter to get those bus vouchers printed up..otherwise, you won't get on the bus.

thank you everyone, that is such helpful information! it is great to know that one way or the other, we can get on the bus!
