Magical Express?

We are flying with Virgin to MCO in October and going on a Disney Cruise and the staying at Saratoga Springs for 4 days. We will not be using Magical Express from the airport but we want to use it to get to the airport. I have never used it before and have no clue fi I need to book it or how often the buses run? Can anyone give me some help?

I just booked mine yesterday for our sept 6th trip. Are you going back to the airport to go on the cruise or to go home? I would call and let them know they will send you your luggage tags 30days prior to arival

If you plan on using DME to go from SSR back to MCO on they day you check out, that will work just fine. You will need a reservation, but you can either call in advance as noted above or even wait until you are at SSR to make the reservation. You can expect that DME will schedule your pick-up time approximately three hours in advance of a domestic departure or four hours in advance of an international departure. DME will leave information about your pick up time and other matters in your room the day before your departure.

If you are not using DME to go from MCO to a WDW resort, you will not need to have nor will you receive any DME luggage tags as suggested by a PP.

I'm using DME to go back to the airport to go home. So I can just either call or make the reservation when I am there? That sounds easy enough, and it's free right?

Yes, it is indeed free. When you get to SSR, just make your return trip reservation. Be sure to get it done at least 24 hrs before you leave though.
