Magical Express

We (me, dh, ds, & dd) will be staying in a one bedroom at BWV in December. We always drive, and have no experience with getting to Disney from the airport. My dh's sister is going to come and meet us for a couple days and stay with us. (I know the 5 in a room is a touchy subject, but dd is 3 and can sleep in the pack n play). My question is, if we add my sil to the res for those nights, will she be able to use Magical Express? If so, is it the best option for her, since she will not have any checked bags?

Yes, she should be able to use ME as long as she's on the reservation. Just provide ME with her arrival date and flight info. If she doesn't have checked baggage, that's ok - she can still utilize ME.

Just list on your reservation the OLDEST 4 on your ROOM RESERVATION so that those 4 can get on the Mag Express. Any child under 3 or 4, just him or her carry onto the bus without mentioning . Just play dumb.... Done it before. If the 5th or 6th person is not a child, then she or she will not be able to get on. THa't why you need to put the addtional adults on the res and not worry about having the kid's on there.
