Magical Express

We always have a car when we go, but we are letting friends and their daughter, son-in.law and baby go in September, using our points, and they don't want a car until later in the holiday.

They are arriving on different flights and I have arranged Magical Express for them, but both they, and we, are not sure what happens with the luggage at MCO. Do they need to collect it and hand it in, or does it get collected automatically? They are travelling from Gatwick and Manchester with VA.

Has anyone any experience of this? Many thanks for any replies.

You should get labels you can stick on the cases. If you do all they have to do is collect them after customs and put them on the first conveyor at Orlando and then they get taken to the room. If they want to keep the luggage with them they can and the bus will take it with them. We have done it both ways and prefer to keep it with us if it is not too awkward. With a baby it may be simpler to let disney do the work but they could wait 4 hours or so before the luggage arrives.
