Magical Express

Hello everyone,
I have maybe a stupid question. I am from Canada and when I fly to Disney I always fly out of Buffalo and Magical express is great. However this time I will be flying out of Toronto, so I was wondering if Magical express is still the same or will I have have to pick up my own bags because of customs and then take them to the bus myself. You will go through U.S. customs inside the airport in Toronto. They have a customs desk. So when you arrive in Orlando you can pcik up your bags and you're off or in the case of Magical Express they will get them with no interference from customs.

When we go out of the country usually we go through customs at the place we arrive ( Mexico ) and then when we come home we go through customs at home (Boston). So i would think your thought was correct you would have to go through customs in orlando, but ME might have a procedure for this since a lot of guest come from canada and Europe.

Everytime I have flown out of Toronto (8 times so far) to Boston I have gone through customs in Toronto. In Boston it is just like you are landing from a domestic flight. They just redid this area from what a coworker told me. The customs agents are very, very nice there.

Thanks for the edit. I was thinking to myself why would Canadian customs care when you were leaving, my only explanation was that you actually went through US customs in Canada.

I wasn't saying they bypassed customs. I was saying there are plenty of guest who come from other countries and have to clear customs in Orlando and DME might have a specific process to get your bags once they clear customs. I have traveled outside of the country and am well aware of who runs customs at the airport
