Magical Express with DVC?

How do I use Magical Express in conjuction with a DVC reservation at the BWV?

Trying to set things up for my parents....

Call the 800 number at member services for DVC. They will set it up for you.

Another thought..... do you know if it works with Southwest Airlines? Their name wasn't on the list I just found.

We will also be flying SWA in December. I was told that on the incoming flight to Orlando as long as you have the luggage tags they send you on your bags then the luggage will be delivered to you room for you. You will not need to go to baggage pickup when you arrive - they will tell you where to go to meet the bus to take you to your resort/hotel. However, it will be different when you check out at the end of your stay. You will have to take your own luggage and have it stored on the bus for your ride to the airport then go thru regular check-in at the airport. If you were on one of the other airlines then it would be taken for you from your resort to the airport and you would just go straight thru security. You can call member services and they will let you know exactly what to do and get Magical Express set up for you. Hopefully SWA will be a part of the other airlines if Magical Express continues in the future. Have a great trip.

You can also make ressies for Magical Express right though the DVC Member website. Once completed, you will get an email confirming your request was received.

JetBlue is one of the airlines. You can read all about this program at allearsnet.com - look in the left column for Magical Express. It will explain the whole program to you. Happy traveling!

I had no problem making DME reservations through the DVC member's web site. Within a few hours I received an email stating they received my request & within a day or so I received another email with the DME info. All went well.

We signed up for DME over the summer, i received the e-mails, so when do we receive the info in the mai?? TAgs, etc.?? We don't fly for 6 weeks, but already looking forward to it!!!

When we signed up through MS for DME I was told that they send out the tags and all the information we need two weeks before we leave - just in case there are any changes in flight numbers or plans.
