Magical Express - will this really not matter?

My dd25 and dd5 will be flying to WDW along with my cousin's family (2 adults, 4 children). My dh, myself and ds8 will be driving. The Magical Express vouchers came in the mail the day before yesterday. But instead of being for Ashley and Arika, they are for James and Andrew. My dd got on the phone immediately and was told by the CM that it wouldn't matter as long as she had 2 vouchers and there were 2 people. Will it really not matter when a woman and small child shows up with paperwork with 2 male names on it? Oh, and even with ID, her last name is not the same as the ones on the vouchers - dd5's is but we don't have ID for her. The luggage tags are also messed up but that doesn't matter as we will be taking all of the luggage for all 11 of us on the drive.

My cousin's family also got their vouchers the same day. They have slips for each of them going to the resort but their dd4 does not have one to return. They also said this would not matter.

So will it not matter or should we get back on the phone and ask for new vouchers and one for cousin's dd4 (I'm sure they wouldn't want to leave her in FL when they come home).

I honestly can't say I have experience with having misprinted or missing vouchers but my first guess would be that the ones with the incorrect names will not matter because they do not check ID's for children to match it with the ticket. The missing voucher would concern me, although its unlikely Disney would refuse a seat to a four year old.

If it were me though I would call again - speak to someone different. If you get the same answers twice then don't worry about it. Good luck and enjoy your trip!

If a voucher is missing, one will be made up when you get to the welcoming area.

Ask for and write down the name and city of anyone you talk to on the phone.

I would feel free to draw one line through incorrect information (not the bar code) and write in the correct information.

We leave in 11 days and still no ME papers. I called and was told "worse case scenario - if we don't get them just check our bags as usual and go to the Disney Welcome Center on arrival at MCO. They have runners that will take our baggage claim tickets and go get our bags and deliver them to the resort".

As far as the ME busses you will just need to show your resort confirmation number at the Welcome Center desk.

I'd still feel better if the darn things would turn up!

We haven't received our vouchers on time for the last two trips. No big deal. They'll print you one at the welcome counter. As long as the name is on the room reservation somewhere, there's no problem. ie..any room reservation or vacation package has the full name of every guest in the party. They can look this up in their system.
